Seawall was done to specifications, great job quick work and the only company that actually says what they will do, then do it, and do it on the time as discussed.
I received multiple quotes from local companies only to have run around or zero communication. After many horror stories about permits taking 6 months and docks being unfinished after a year I am glad I went with Frank. He owns the company, takes pride and answers the phone. The price did not change the quality is there and there were no surprises. Why people are waiting excessive amounts of time and paying more is beyond me.

Frank Donley has been in the busy over 30 years and is very knowledgeable with dock, decks and boat lifts. He took the time to answer all my questions and worked with me to build a beautiful new dock with a lift and roof. Frank is hands on and is on the job site everyday working. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the job site. The final project shows the attention to detail and pride in their workmanship. I would highly recommend Frank and the whole crew at South Florida Marine Construction.
