In my opinion, South Florida Marine Construction, is the best and most experienced Dock and boat lift repair company in the West Central Florida area. Frank Donley, has built more docks ( 3 for me ) in Ruskin and Apollo Beach ,than most. He has forgotten more than most know about dock building. A true professional. Integrity and local knowledge matter. He’s the best.

Frank and his team did an outstanding job on our recent dock project. He not only provided some great ideas/options but his workmanship was of highest quality. He also went above and beyond by adding a railing to our dock which was not originally planned. We are extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend South Flirida Marine Construction!!!

Seawall was done to specifications, great job quick work and the only company that actually says what they will do, then do it, and do it on the time as discussed.

I received multiple quotes from local companies only to have run around or zero communication. After many horror stories about permits taking 6 months and docks being unfinished after a year I am glad I went with Frank. He owns the company, takes pride and answers the phone. The price did not change the quality is there and there were no surprises. Why people are waiting excessive amounts of time and paying more is beyond me.
