It’s a “sign of bad things”when their mail box is full and no one, not even surgical coordinator is available to answer phone! (Mail box full as well). Being conscientious in advance to cancel appointment , no one there yet I continually getting texts to remind me of my appointment, after I had earlier had left a voice message 3 days earlier..
