Dr. Kasle was great and explained everything very well. The staff as friendly and i did not have to wait long. Would come back here again!
Professional and helpful. They are busy, but most appointments happen on time. The care is excellent. Recommended.
Update-- Dr. Kastle, the younger Dr. there, is really good. I'm going to prefer that one in the future over Dr. J. Went back to see Dr. J, largely because he's close by and was better. He explained things much more completely than before. Finally went to see the audiologist... Doctor is very fast and appears authoritative. He spent 4.4 seconds analyzing my ear (after repeated visits) and informed me that I had no ear infection. Yet 2 weeks after the visit my ear infection flared up again. I took my mother for her first appointment today. I spoke with two people on different occasion they asked me what insurance my mother had told them and gave them information. They said they didn’t take Humana Medicaid then apologized for the information given and said they do take it and made appointment. The first appointment was given on a day she couldn’t make it I called back and changed it. Supposedly the person I spoke with changed it but then I received a call from someone a week later confirming my mom insurance and... read more
I've never been a patient here but I've tried calling during office hours on two different days and the phone just rings and rings. No answer and no machine. Extremely frustrating.
