I think the front desk girl was great. Very nice and doctor is knowledgeable about the product he’s helping me with
Great Doctor but Horrible front desk staff. After being promised 4 days ago my record will be send 24 hrs I have called today 3 times because front desk lady keeps saying she will send my records but she is busy “helping patients”. I am also a patient! I even gave her over an hour and she’s still saying the same thing. I will not be back, due to the front desk’s staff unprofessionalism.
Cancelled appointment after being on the schedule for a while. Never called or explained why or tried to reschedule. ZocDoc app was used.
