I pick up my prescription every 90 days and was only notified through the CVS app the same week I was supposed to pick it up that my refill request had been denied. There was no prior communication or warning from the office. When I called for clarification, the lady at the front desk I spoke with was rude, passive aggressive, and sarcastic. They focus more on requiring another paid visit than on patient care. You can find better service elsewhere.
The doctors at this office are great! But, the front staff is terrible and does not know how to deal with patients. They are so incredibly rude and give you so much attitude for no reason. They also take forever to send prescriptions and records. Its always the same lady at the front desk who is so rude. It makes me never want to come in for an appointment.
