I went to Dr Urban after a hospital visit. I had the hospital record disc he told me he had no way to view it. Instead insisted I go for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. We make the appointment it's a month out a few days before the appointment they call me telling me that they need a $500 deposit. I called the office the next day about it question the about the payment. The woman on the phone became very rude raising her voice with meme. I said I'd like to cancel my appointments and she hung up on me.

A disappointing and unfortunate representation of the physician community. Poor or absent bedside manner, disinterested, and the patient is just a revenue generator. Did a cursory examination (a few taps on the abdomen, and a couple of seconds with the stethoscope for added effect), so this could be documented. The staff were generally disinterested.

If you value your life and health DO not come here. My son has been suffering for over a year and the office people have done nothing but make it more and more difficult to be seen. After explaining that my son lost over half his family and has a body that is declining and the office manager literally didn't care at all she is a terrible person and she needs to leave her position so other people have a chance to live and possibly be healthy.
