Agree with the anonymous poster from earlier - since they were bought out by Thompson Gas the service has been terrible. I have been trying to get a tank repaired since October. It is now January. They said they would call to schedule service. They did not. When I finally did get someone to call me back about a service appointment, it was scheduled two weeks out. They needed to also do a safety inspection of the tank. They said they would call me with the results of the safety inspection. They did not. Now I find out they co... read more

WAS a long term HAPPY customer of South Florida Gas before they were acquired. Since Thompson Gas bought them, they have been HORRIBLE. You can't reach anyone (anymore) and service requests go unanswered. This isn't a 1-time issue, as I've been trying for 2 months to get a request completed. I get that companies in transition have some initial problems but the TOTAL lack of follow-up is inexcusable.
