My experience with doctor Rodriguez is always a pleasant one
Just moved to PSL and needed a new endo. They fit me in that week with the NP Amy which I really appreciated. Staff was really nice/welcoming and got all my previous medical history before the appointment. Amy was very nice and saw Dr. Rodriguez today also great I feel taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised its usually such a hassle to switch providers but they seem to have a good system. 5 stars!!!
Terrible patient care. I came here for a parathyroid problem. Amy, the NP said I need surgery to have the gland removed. After having that surgery I needed a follow up appointment, it took them about a week to return my call. They finally set that up, only to call me back five minutes later to say that they were just informed that they no longer take my insurance, but I could be seen if I wanted to self pay. I asked if Amy could simply return my call to go over my bloodwork and tell me what I needed to do for follow up since... read more
Their office is scheduling appointments without confirming if anything is needed prior and waiting last minute to let you know. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to get a call the day before to tell me they needed to reschedule because of records even though I confirmed when booking the appointment nothing else was needed. Then I got another call canceling my appointment for no official diagnosis even though that’s why I’m seeing them. Do not recommend
Fancy and Dr Monica Munoz for 3 years now and she has helped me tremendously with my diabetes type 2. Easy to talk to and definitely proactive in treating my diabetes and my thyroid. I would recommend her to anybody.
