I had a great experience. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly review my labs, and clearly explain my treatment plan. I never felt rushed and always felt like my care was thoughtful and personalized. The office is well run and the staff is professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive endocrinologist.
I’ve been to this office twice in two months as a Type 1 diabetic. I deal with a lot of stress and insulin resistance, and while my insulin regimen isn’t perfect, it works for me — especially as a former pump user. The provider I saw, Aimee Herrington, PA-C, does not listen at all. Instead of trying to understand my situation, she pushes only one agenda: getting you back on a pump. Dr Kraeher office is awesome. Went to Stuart office today. Had appt with Aimee . Never got past the receptionist who was very rude, nasty. Her attitude was completely unprofessional! Unacceptable and she represents their office. And i am a nurse.
I have been a patient of Dr Kraeher for 15+ years in her Jupiter and Palm Beach locations. She is so so knowledgeable and easy to work with. The office staff is also wonderful... always quick to respond to calls, friendly, and professional. Recently I started seeing the nurse practitioner, Aimee Herrington in the Stuart office because the location is closer. She is also great!!
