Would not recommend - scheduled a new patient appointment and no insurance verification was done until I arrived to the visit and filled out 6 pages of ppw. took time away from work and travel to get here to wait for office to verify benefits and explain that even though they aren’t sure how much my cost will be because other claims from this year haven’t hit yet they have a minimum required to collect of $234 upfront. They happily offered to hold my funds for me and refund me when applicable. Money is most important to this... read more

I became a patient of Dr. Kenilia Ventura at South Florida Endocrine Center in July 2025 for osteoporosis, Unfortunately, my experience with her office has been extremely disappointing. At my first visit, I was given orders for bloodwork to complete before starting treatment. I promptly completed all requested labs, including an uncovered “experimental” test (CPT Code 82523 – Collagen Crosslinks) that cost me $238 out of pocket. It is out of character for me to leave a negative review, but I am extremely frustrated with this clinics "policy". Over the course of two years, I apparently rescheduled appointments seven times. I have two small children and a traveling work schedule so yes, sometimes flexibility may be needed. I have no problem with paying rescheduling or cancellation fees if they would've been applied. Instead, I received a letter in the mail, indicating I was discharged from the practice, and apparently it was a result of the number of ... read more
