There’s a reason the reviews are so bad. I was able to see the doctor once, and she was good but the office staff is incredibly rude, unfriendly, and incompetent- both over the phone and in person. Scheduling is a nightmare, getting prescriptions is impossible, and calls don’t get returned. I have been hung up on, transferred to dead lines, and had calls declined. I will never come back to or recommend their office, if this review stops at least just 1 person from using this doctor, it was worth writing.
I tried my best to give this practice the benefit of doubt. I went to two appointments and several calls. The staff at Palm Beach Gardens office are absolutely rude,unprofessional and disrespectful. Please if you care about your Healthcare stay far away from these rude and uncaring people. With the cost of Healthcare no one deserves to be treated so awful. The doctor is surprisingly somewhat friendly but her nurse and front desk staff leaves something to be desired. STAY AWAY!!!
I went to Prosperity facility and don’t recommend that place to anyone. They don’t care about the patient, the problem goes from doctor, nurse and front desk. Leave several msgs and don’t call back or transfer to someone else that is also not available. Medicine was not approved by the insurance and tried to know about another med. It became an impossible mission to talk to someone there
Funny my mom dropped you!! Because you are horrific practice! The nerve of you to send this letter. I got my mom to already see a new REAL PRACTICE WITH CARING PEOPLE ! You messed up her appt and you didn’t even apologize You’ve got some gall! One thing your letter was right about “other COMPETENT” practitioners. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
