Very fast and trustworthy company. Helped clear up any and all confusion I had with site plans. They will treat you like family. Worked with me on our first home plan and made the whole process go smooth and I couldn’t recommend them more
South Florida Drafting was excellent to work with! They were extremely responsive to all of my questions, and the project was completed much sooner than I expected. I was so pleased with the results that I went back to them for a second project. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality drafting work.
This company is disreputable. buyer beware that he is an unlicensed draftsman. We hired him to do plans for our house. He promised us a full set of plans to be done in a month. he took a $3,000 deposit and more than a month later decided that he would only do half of the work and wanted more money. He did none of the due diligence on the location. His work was slow and incompetent. when i refused to pay him any extra money, he fired me and kept my deposit. We are now Sueing him.
