I had a great experience working with SFD. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. They answered my emails promptly, explained everything clearly and made the entire house plan process smooth and stress-free. Whenever I had a question, they were there to help. Pricing felt fair and transparent, and I really felt like they cared about doing a great job. I’d highly recommend SFD to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy service. Thankyou.
We're extremely pleased with the drafting service we received for our home remodel. The plans went thru some minor revisions in an expedite manner. Excellent communication and very helpful on the technical details of our project. Scott and Alex were easy to work with. Great experience and we highly recommend.
Very fast and trustworthy company. Helped clear up any and all confusion I had with site plans. They will treat you like family. Worked with me on our first home plan and made the whole process go smooth and I couldn’t recommend them more
South Florida Drafting was excellent to work with! They were extremely responsive to all of my questions, and the project was completed much sooner than I expected. I was so pleased with the results that I went back to them for a second project. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality drafting work.
This company is disreputable. buyer beware that he is an unlicensed draftsman. We hired him to do plans for our house. He promised us a full set of plans to be done in a month. he took a $3,000 deposit and more than a month later decided that he would only do half of the work and wanted more money. He did none of the due diligence on the location. His work was slow and incompetent. when i refused to pay him any extra money, he fired me and kept my deposit. We are now Sueing him.
