I have had regular appointments for a couple years now that started with multiple weekly visits for severe sciatica. Terrible pain, difficulty walking and missing time at work. I now go only once every 4-8 weeks for my 'tune up'. Every time, it is a helpful and gentle adjustment and I leave refreshed and relieved.
