This company was contracted By American Home Shield. A service tech was dispatched to my home who was absolutely awesome. However, I missed this company’s phone call. I have attempted numerous times to get in contact with them! American Home Shield is also unable to get in contact with them via phone or email! Shaun the technician was very polite and thorough. He diagnosed quickly and made the repair. Definitely solved the problem. We have American Homeshield home warranty so the company was assigned to the job. Hoping, if we have any other problems in the future we get them again.
