Beware of choosing this company. I have a new build project and spoke with Mike. He asked me to send the Architect Plans and then we would meet on Sunday. I sent the plans and a message saying please let me know if this is doable for you before we meet. On Sunday I planned my whole day around the time we were to meet. so nice
Our daughter had her Engagement Party coming up in 3 days and we wanted to add a nice deck to the backyard as part of Party Preparations. SFC has done fast and high quality work for us before so I called Mike Eid. He had a three man crew and supplies at the house next day. 48 hours from my call a beautiful deck was in place!!! Very reasonable priced for not having to lift a finger.
Very good at what they do. They remodeled my house and did spectacular job I would highly recommend them
Be very cautious when working with this company, especially with Mike and Ashley. They pressured us with the work and pricing, assuring us that payment would be made on time. However, once the job was completed, they blocked us from all communication channels and never made the agreed payment. Additionally, they made us wait for an inspection that never happened. Their lack of professionalism and ethics is alarming. We do not recommend working with this company under any circumstances—they still owe us more than $14,000.
