Educator The appointment was very easy to make however the experience with Dr. Alexander was unbelievable. Dr. Alexander entered the room sat down and never looked at me. He got his papers out ask me questions said I needed a small implant (while 2 other Doctors recommended a large implant) I went to ask him 3 questions. He was so mad that I was asking about his credentials he stormed out of the room. The nurse was flabbergasted as was I. Catchy Jingle. But That's About It. I went in to the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery to have Smart Lipo performed on me. The initial consultation was not done by the doctor, but by an office assistant who swore up and down that I was going to leave that surgery with a flat stomach.
A happy patient! Excellent customer service, from the front desk girl all the way to the recovery room nurse. The office is nice and feels calm, I first went to another place I heard on the radio and that place felt like a Walmart store on the day after thanksgiving, and when I spoke to some of the people waiting in that other lobby they all were there because their prices were the "cheapest in town", they did not really care about the doctors experience...so I left before it was my turn to go in, I asked around to friends a... read more
I do recommend all my friends to go there to see my doctor I had my breast implants, lift and smart lipo there, I was reffed by many of my friends, we are all Brazilians, I am very very happy with my operation, the scar is normal for a full breast lift but the results are just what I wanted. My lipo looks very very nice. The doctor didn't 't talk too much but he has a lot of experience, highly recommended, and his results were very very good, and that's what I care about.
