Juan was very helpful. He helped me get my van and helped get it delivered to me. When a light came on he was very quick to help get me the piece to fix it even without a warranty on it. So far the van is nice and I don’t have any complaints. I highly recommend Juan as he helped me get into a van even when I didn’t think it was possible. He also is very respectful and will gladly answer any and all questions.
Car overheated 1 week after I purchased it. I called the Roddy and he told me there's nothing he can do and hung up the phone on me. STAY AWAY. Dishonest dealer. They sold me a lemon.
Awesome experience working with this dealership. Juan made me feel very at ease throughout the entire car buying process which for a single woman can be extremely nerve wracking. He was in no way pushy and had thorough answers to all of my questions. He even let me test drive by myself which makes or breaks the whole experience. Very nice people to do business with. Smooth seamless transaction and I got a 2 yr warranty for added peace of mind. They have really nice cars here. Ask for Juan!
Avoid at all cost, the car broke down after 1 day. They're your best friends until you walk off the loft, then they tell you to go to... Juan was very slimy.
