well looks like the negative reviews were right, they are closed down. well looks like all the bad reviews of this place were spot on, especially of that Tary jerk. Auto village is closed down and a once good business was run into the ground over one bad employee. Let this be a lesson to buisnesses, don't think one bad employee can't cost you your business. Its a shame, they could have had a gold mine there but instead they dealt in coal via tarys big, fat loud, obnoxious, clueless mouth. Wonder what business this blowharded... read more

What a joke I called for a price on a transmission and the employee didn't seem to know what a transmission was, and told me they would call back,I waited,. I had the money in my hand, so I called around to other places and one place had it, and would deliver right to my shop, auto village did finally call 2 days later and quoted me an outrageous price, to bad the transmission is in the car and they lost my shops business...

what a great place - I have been to Auto Village on several occasions and have met my share of employees - but they have completely revamped the place and changed all employees. It is such a pleasure to go there now. Everyone gets along together and have fun times - and I have to mention how much more organized it is. It's the only place I go now. They can find almost anything I'm looking for.

happy customer with auto village I've had the great opportunity of getting my auto parts from Terry that works at auto villiage, he took the time and helped me get the parts i needed for my car I've gotten tires, at a great deal from him, battery, and etc..i send all my friends and family to this guy who knows auto parts!!! Terry knows his auto parts and auto villiage should be happy that they have him behind the counter ...ive had encounters at other places and they are the idiots that don't know what they are talking about... read more

EVERYONE dislikes Tary, well add me to the list of victims I have dealt with Auto village for years but unfortunately the person I usually dealt with is no longer working there anymore. So I was forced to deal with this imbecile "Tary" and on a side note, what kind of flamer spells his name like that? I was a victim of that terry guy as well I saw some wheels for my truck on carparts.com, they had a price of 60.00 each, showed they had 3 in stock. So I call up and get this obnoxious loudmouth jerk terry on the phone who proceeds to tell me 90.00 each because they have to ship them in. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. If the owner see's this, I'd get rid of that bozo before he kills all your business.

Auto village is good but terry is bad for business I have also been to Auto village and had the unfortunate displeasure to have dealt with that know nothing terry, guy is king of only one thing..........morons. He doesn't stop talking long enough to actually hear what your trying to tell him. He promised my part would be in "within a day or two", well two weeks later it finally got there and wasn't in the greatest of shape. He had the nerve to tell me he must have had 15 hours in searching and making phone calls. PLEASE what... read more

All Stars of Cars!!! What a great place to do business! I have bought at Auto Village of Naples on several occasions. I found the personnel there to be courteous and helpful. The "unhappy consumer" who wrote a negative review obviously had his beer goggles. I have talked with Tary at Auto Village and find his knowledge built on a soild foundation of experience to be exceptional. Tary knew more about cars at age eleven than most will ever know. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS It may sound like I am making this up, but it is all true. There is no way I can make this stuff up lol I run my own business and cannot believe in this day and age customers are treated this way and a business is run like this one is. Truly a throw back to the days of snake oil and con men. I have done business with them in the past a few times but the abuse I have had to take to get my parts just isn't worth it.
