Was our first time there. Had my car washed and vacuumed. The door handle was loose and came off and my bf told them to put it back in the car so it doesn't get lost. Well, they didn't and now I have a missing door handle. On top of that after I looked through the whole SUV they missed a whole lot of vacuuming in the back. Idk maybe they couldn't get to it. They did a good job on the actual car wash and wiping down of the interior.
