Nice, quiet facility. Frankie and the nurse assistant were very welcoming! Dr. Guiteau is amazing, he asked plenty of questions and actually heard me out unlike others. Every concern I had was resolved, for a first time patient I think i found my new docs office :)
The only doctor’s office I’ve ever felt comfortable at. They actually listen to your concerns, try to ease them and proceed with the best course of action. The staff is incredibly, and I mean 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐲 kind, and their bedside manner is superb.
This is a very professional office of staff. The receptionist, Franky is very kind, pleasant and efficient. He goes out of his way to meet your needs. Dr. Villaverde is very kind, as well. She's very thorough and personal. She treats you as an individual and not a number. She goes the extra mile to address my specific health needs. The RN, Sue Annis very cordial and good at her job. LOVE IT HERE OMG!!! LETS START WITH FRANKY, THE MANAGER, HES SIMPLY THE BEST OF THE BEST. THE NURSE SUE ANN IS ALSO AWESOME. I DIDNT EVEN FEEL WHEN SHE DRAW MY BLOOD. NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE BEAT DOCTOR IN SOUTH FLORIDA. DR GUITEAU OH I LOVE THAT GUY!! HE ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND LISTENS TO THEM. I LOVE IT HERE MY DOCTOR FOR LIFE
I had a wonderful experience at the office thanks to Franky and Dr. Villaverde. Franky is always super nice and greets everyone with a smile, making the office environment welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Villaverde takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that I understand all aspects of my care. Their professionalism and kindness make every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!
