Excellent menu, welcoming host, generous portions, wonderful atmosphere. This will be a regular stop for us. They also host social nights, weddings, and parties. Gifted, imaginative chef, outstanding wines delicious appetizers.
As a wedding photographer I shoot at a lot of venues. I was really impressed with South Farms. It is one of the nicest rustic farm/bard wedding venues in Connecticut. The large farm property with distant hills, and fields, a pond, silo, and the barn make for stunning photos. The indoor ceremony area in the barn is nice to have in case of inclement weather.
