my dog stepped on glass after 10pm on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I was expecting to have to go to the emergency vet VEC which is terribly expensive. I searched first and found this place open. They were open to 11pm and told me to head over. The vet, tech and receptionist were all genuinely nice and competent. I was expecting a large bill considering how late it was, nope, $182 and that included painkillers and antibiotics. This is dramatically lower than what the vet i have been using charges. I very unfortunately had to make the decision to put my sweet sweet cat down today. As insanely tough as that has been, I am incredibly grateful to have had such kind, patient and caring staff here at South Etobicoke Animal Hospital. I did not feel rushed at all, I was talked through everything and the care that these people have for the animals is admirable. I highly recommend coming to this vet if you are looking and in need. I cannot thank them enough for everything.

I cannot say in words how wonderful the whole team at South Etobicoke Animal Hospital has been for us. They provided incredible, compassionate, and professional care and Dr. Kelly had been the only other person besides my parter and I to be able to pick up our fur baby. They helped us through one of the hardest times in our life and made us feel more at ease dealing with a sick pet and with our own emotions around it all. I recommend them 101948%. Thank you so much to Dr. Kelly and the whole team!!

It was our third visit to South Etobicoke Animal Hospital with out cat. We are very pleased with the services, appointment scheduling, flexibility, and waiting time: everything is quick and very efficient. I want to say huge Thank you to the personnel and to the vet doctor: very attentive, gentle to our cat, very careful while doing the check up and vaccine shots.
