I had my first appointment at 3:50pm on a Friday. I showed up and waited for 40 minutes. I had to leave to pick up my kids, so I went to the front desk and said that I would need to re-schedule. The receptionist told me to call back to re-schedule. I called back the next Monday and was told that the doctor would not accept appointments with me anymore because I didn't wait. Sounds like a great doctor and a reasonable guy.... sarcasm. Glad I found out now what kind of person he is before I became his patient. Waste of time. D... read more
WARNING: Long review incoming .... I have to say, I've had nothing but positive experiences in my more than two years as a patient here. Dr. Mbanza is kind and direct. He always clearly explains his diagnosis, and answeres any questions that I have. You can tell he's overworked and under-supported, like every doctor in this country, but it's never negatively impacted my interactions with him.
