I called to see when they could look at my vehicle. They ended up being able to that same afternoon. They located the issue in no time while also finding a lose u-joint strap which saved me a bigger issue! Next afternoon vehicle was finished. Fast, Reliable service! Will definitely go back and would recommend you go as well!
I cannot say enough good things about Brennan and the crew at Southend. We came about them by chance one day first with a van I had that was having AC issues, he squeezed my wife in over lunch break to diagnose. Then they came out and diagnosed something else on that van at my house. This last time he was able to squeeze us in to check for coolant leak on a new to us vehicle. These guys are awesome. My alternator went out in my car. I was able to get the part and bring it to them. They had it fixed within an hour and a half. Next thing you know, I was back on the road. I’m not even from Lafayette,Louisiana. I was just traveling for work, but it’s always good to know where a good Mechanic is and these guys are definitely it.
Found slow escalating heating problem on engine which turned out to be water pump issue. Grateful for the back and forth of ideas of what may could have been the issue and then executed their plan on fixing the overheating issue. Very grateful and would recommend!
Great service and reliable. I will definitely go back. They kept me updated on what needed to be done and were flexible to work around my schedule. I highly recommend this local mechanic.
