I called to see when they could look at my vehicle. They ended up being able to that same afternoon. They located the issue in no time while also finding a lose u-joint strap which saved me a bigger issue! Next afternoon vehicle was finished. Fast, Reliable service! Will definitely go back and would recommend you go as well!
I cannot say enough good things about Brennan and the crew at Southend. We came about them by chance one day first with a van I had that was having AC issues, he squeezed my wife in over lunch break to diagnose. Then they came out and diagnosed something else on that van at my house. This last time he was able to squeeze us in to check for coolant leak on a new to us vehicle. These guys are awesome. My alternator went out in my car. I was able to get the part and bring it to them. They had it fixed within an hour and a half. Next thing you know, I was back on the road. I’m not even from Lafayette,Louisiana. I was just traveling for work, but it’s always good to know where a good Mechanic is and these guys are definitely it.
Derrick explained what he was working on and really made sure the part I requested to change really needed to be changed. Very honest, and responsive. Will bring my vehicle back there if needed!
The guy that helped me was very kind! He was able to squeeze me in last minute when I needed my alternator changed. Was priced pretty fairly :)
