Had a great experience at South Elm Automotive getting my vehicle inspected, an oil change (that was FAR cheaper than the nationwide chain around the corner), and the tires rotated. I received a text to confirm the appointment, a call during the inspection - nothing required immediate action but they had the availability, and then another text when my vehicle was ready. Very good experience here. Kevin and his team take their time to explain what’s going on with your car, are quick to reply and even text you if needed, and are fair in their pricing. Highly recommend to all looking for an honest and good auto shop in the Manchester area.

I have been bringing my cars to South Elm Auto for 20 years . The service is always amazing the work is amazing . I have never had them try to upsell or do anything shady. I have sent many friends to them and they have all had the same experience. If you are looking for the cheapest place that will sell you crap parts and mess up your car and then end up costing you 10x the initial cost of the repair, this is not the place ! If you ate looking for professional quality work and service, this IS THE PLACE .!!
I was lucky enough to get an appointment quickly, and they diagnosed and fixed 2 problems, 1 of which the dealership failed to fix. Most importantly, they didn’t try to push me into a bunch of additional replacement parts that we didn’t need!
