Dr. Wittner is an exceptional OB. She supported us with compassion and clarity through the loss of a previous pregnancy, and when we became pregnant again through IVF, she was proactive in ensuring strong follow-up and specialist care. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the doctor’s receptionist. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for my needs. Instead of assisting me or helping schedule an appointment with the doctor, she told me to “just go to the hospital” when I needed to see the doctor. (I went to emergency, waited for 16 hrs only to be turned back saying I need to see my gynaec). Don’t recommend this clinic, lack of customer service. When speaking with Dr. Reda about a serious issue, her response was “your guess is as good as mine” and would rather give prescriptions than actually be a doctor and find a solution. I’m not a doctor so my guess really isn’t as good as hers. Don’t waste your time visiting.
