Absolutely horrendous Customer Service. Terrible response times and refused to identify when requested. Patronizing and was goading towards conflict. Sensitivity training not enough as they do not represent the organization.
Dr Wittner is an awesome doctor and provide great patient care. She always answers questions and makes you feel like a priority. The office is always on time and friendly staff- highly recommend
Dr. Wittner has been great throughout my pregnancy. I think the clinic should consider getting a second person at the reception desk and an additional phone line.
Horrible doctor horrible management Absolutely ridiculous her name is Suzan. One of the worst managers I had to deal with. Don’t waste your time with this clinic, Susan you’re a very rude human being you should not be in healthcare ! Very disgusting behaviour
