Incompetent. South Eastern Sydney Local Health District are the allocated provider to assess my mother for Home Care Packages. my mother called to get an assessment done for a home care package via My Aged Care she was then called by SESLHD and advised they would call back to organise assessment. A woman called and did her assessment over the phone without going to physically see her, meaning she was not even put on a home care package and instead put on commonwealth home support. Can't comment from a patient's perspective, but as an employer would not recommend SESLHD. Worst management I've ever worked under. Untrustworthy, dishonest, incompetent, morally bankrupt, act as if the rules don't apply to them while preaching the Core Values, Code of Conduct, People Matter that they don't follow themselves, these are all just empty words. Huge staff turnover during my time, which is not surprising.
