Booked RWC prior said he would get it done 1st because he had other work but welcomed my business. Be here at 8:30am only takes couple of hours he said, 8:30am.. he turned up at 9am no problem. I explained I would wait in the area, he said no you can't wait and told me he's not doing the job. Think he's taking on more than he can handle, waste of my and my buyer's time not happy. Nice dog though.
