Mental health has a non clinical admin staff member telling patients they need to be admitted (for complaining) and telling patients they are too codependent on their psychiatrist. Then when I complained in letter I said she psychologically injured me and I rescinded permission for the hospital to contact me. I rang the hospital to get her surname to complain to outside authority and they blindsided me and put me on the phone to her even though I said I wanted to speak to no one and just wanted the name.
