Dr Yvonne Chow is fantastic, gave me all information I needed, compassionate understanding, great follow-ups. The team at South Eastern Plastics are highly professional, lovely and understanding. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Would definitely go back if needed. Highly recommended.
Had a mole removed on my back with Ms Yvonne Chow. Had a lot of scaring and was difficult to get a follow up appointment. Wouldn’t recommend based on my personal experience
Saw Dr Nelson Low last year after a skin cancer screening company advised me to get a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face. Dr Low looked at it and said it was NOT a BCC. This year, I got another report from skin cancer screening company and was again advised to get BCC removed. Saw another surgeon elsewhere who removed it. Pathology report showed it WAS a BCC. I was lucky it was slow growing. I wouldn’t see Dr Low if you have cancer because he is incapable of making this assessment.
Lovely experience w Dr. Yvonne Chow (plastic surgeon), Anne and the reception team. She took time to explain what my options were and I never felt pushed into making a decision with her. Anne (Nurse) was lovely and friendly who assisted in the treatment room. Aftermath; the reception team has been ringing me few time as I dropped my card in the building somewhere. Anyhow, Georgie whom I spoke to eventually was very kind to offer to bring the card closer to where I live. That's really going an extra mile. Thank you so much.
