A few months back my sister needed caterach surgery for both eyes. She was referred to Dr. Kumar. As my sister had other health issues (Altziemers and Parkinson's) this made things difficult to manage at time's. As her carer this meant I had to often speak to the staff ahead of appointments. I found all reception staff to go out of there way to be helpful and understanding. This was also the case with Dr. Kumar who was very caring and professional. Very poor customer service, I have a speck of metal in my eye fused to the lens of my eye (Clearly visible and extremely painful). They wouldn't help without a referral...
Very unprofessional and concerning behaviour from medical staff. I attended this clinic in total of 3 times including today with my 9 year old daughter as she was referred by her optomotrist for a recurrent red eye. Upon our first visit with Dr R Kini he prescribed my daughter with steroid eye drops which I was hesitant to use as there are alot of risks vs benefits but he reassured me that we needed to take them as my daughters sight was being threatened. 5 weeks later we were back. Required cataract surgery on both eyes and had extremely limited vision, Had the first eye done within a week to give me back some vision and the second not long after. Dr Kumar and the team were exceptional . Highly recommend. Thanks for all you have done. Cheers
