We are very grateful for the care and attention given by Dr Dharini to our son, we couldn’t speak more highly about her expertise and our experience with South Eastern Children’s Dentistry.
Initial impressions were good however have been calling since Friday to make an appointment for my daughter and unfortunately unable to reach anyone and no one is calling back. My daughter has an abscess which was advised we have treated as soon as possible.
We feel concerned about some potentially unnecessary treatments that were performed on our child and feel that Fiona has been greedy and dishonest with us. We would strongly recommend that parents get a second opinion and quote from another dentist prior to proceeding with Fiona. My personal experience was that Fiona is very business minded, her demeanour was not appropriate for a children dentist. I often felt her bedside manner was abrupt and completely lacked compassion and empathy.
We were referred here from our family dentist as my young son was too anxious for even a check up. After his consultation it was decided to take the surgery route and everyone made the process for both of us easy and accommodated his additional needs. He was so comfortable that he’s asked me to continue his care here instead of our normal dentist which is a big compliment because she’s also great! Highly recommend the team especially if your child is scared of the dentist, they really go above and beyond!
