Really disappointing care. My son had his first tooth removed after injury and the care for his operation was subpar. Poorly executed leading to child distress (our children have had surgeries elsewhere where the care and team have been excellent). They also removed his first tooth at a surgery where we were not informed until he was going in that we couldn’t take the tooth home despite the dentist knowing this prior. As a dentist myself, I’m very particular about who I choose for my daughter, and I couldn’t be happier with Fiona and the team. The clinic is lovely, modern and new, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fiona is absolutely fantastic with children—she was so patient, gentle and caring with my daughter. I couldn’t recommend Fiona and the whole team highly enough!
Really lovely staff at Hallam and they have done a great job with my daughter’s dental treatment overall. 10/10
Dr Fiona Ng is great with kids and explained to our child each step with patience.
