We had an excellent experience with Dr Fiona for my daughter and Dr Jo for my son. Very knowledgeable and experienced specialists. Wonderful lovely staff. Thank you for looking after my kids.
The doctors here are clearly specialists in their field, and I don’t doubt their clinical expertise. However, my recent experience left a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer service. My daughter had accidentally forgotten to return a pair of glasses, and when I returned to sort this out, I overheard the dental assistant and Dr. Jo speaking negatively about me. They were so caring, professional and reassuring, especially knowing how important his adult teeth are.
