If I could rate zero I would have. Arriving the place was difficult to locate. Told me that there was a real nice office "up there". Nothing about "up there" gave me the inclination that there was an office with waiting area anywhere around. Handed him $100 cash which was immediately shoved into his front pocket. Broke a wheel stud removing lug nuts. Was advised they could not fix it but instructed me that it was very easy to repair myself. What?
