We purchased a 5 person spa a couple years ago at a Home Show in WPB and waited a year for it to be built - first time owners. After the sale and they got our money - that’s where it ended. No one explained anything to us. We used their recommended electrician (MES Electric) - paid $2100 to have the electrical done. we’ve had to have SE Spas to come out twice for the same loose part… 2nd time cost us $210. The sales process was a great experience. Thereafter it has been anything but. I paid a deposit on my therapeutic Master Spa in April 2023. When I was in the sales office I made it very clear that I hadn’t yet closed on my new house and I was hesitant to schedule a delivery date as the purchase of the new home had been difficult due to delays on the seller’s side.
