I was fortunate to have Mike Ziperson be my sales person at South East Spas Pt. St. Lucie. Helpful, knowledgeable and diligent. Always responded promptly to any issues and or questions even after the sale. He definitely influenced my decision on brand and dealership.
Can’t say enough good things about Steve. The only pressure he put on me was to wait a few days for a better hot tub to come in for the same price. He could have easily just sold me the one that I was ready to buy in the showroom. but the guy went above and beyond to make sure I got the hot tub that was right for me, even at the risk of me changing my mind while waiting. On December 6 2024 my wife and I were driving by South East Spas on route 1 in Port Saint Lucie and decided to stop and have a look. We were greeted by Mike Z and proceeded to look at their smaller Twilight 240 spa. After hearing the price tag of $9999 we decided it was more than we could afford around Christmas, Mike Z told us he had a refurbished one he could let us have for $5500. We were important when we arrived at the Expo. The salesman was friendly and made a good deal on the spa. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I called for an ETA on the delivery and he brushed me off and said to call the delivery people. I was told the day I purchased the spa when it would be delivered. So I rearranged my life, and some other people's who were helping me watch my son, only to find out it wasn't coming that day.
