Shocking service! I was told as I walked into my 4pm appointment that they had tried to call me that morning to reschedule, yet I had no missed calls on my mobile, I was then told that because it is school holidays the next available appointment was the next month. This was an urgent ultrasound and not possible to reschedule as I needed the results for a procedure the following day. I recently had a stomach ultrasound here. The staff were brilliant, from reception to technician ... fast, friendly & efficient. 10/10 😀
Tried FOUR times to ring them at 11.45am SERIOUSLY???? Never did get an answer so went somewhere else!
