Got straight in as soon as I arrived - appendix.
Tried for 2 days phoning at 25 min on hold each time and then disconnected, and twice submitted info to their online portal with no response. Managed to get a time in Nowra for Xray via Ulladulla office. Arrived then had to queue for 30 minutes before seen by office staff. A further 10 min wait to pay!! Their front office is an organisational shambles. Luckily their imaging staff are competent!!
