This place has serious issues with their booking system. I've spoken to them now several times, waited over an hour on hold and still haven't managed to get a booking.
The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. I wait over 40 minutes each time and they hang up at least once.
Appalling. I simply refuse to wait on the phone any more. I would rather travel to Shellharbour than deal with the disrespect you show clients. You require a fee for your service. Service?? What a joke. Never again. You clearly can't be bothered to employ sufficient staff. You obviously don't need my business. not very satisifactory tried rining the the radiology place for days they keep saying please hold and never answer i wanted to ask questions i did not want to make an apointment on web site as i only wanted questions asked first still unable to get on phone as they keep saying higher than usual call volume calls not very good

On five separate occasions, I have attempted to contact the practice by telephone, either to make an appointment or to return a missed call.
