You can not make a MRI booking online, yet they never answer the phone when you call. Very frustrating. Try somewhere else first. Nice staff once you do finally get them on the phone.
Nothing to see here...because the referring opthamologist didn't write on the MRI to check the orbits was the excuse given . Coming up with a rare , incorrect diagnosis is very unhelpful & I'd think it is more useful to report objectively & this is how radiology reporting should operate?If imaging places are not able to produce accurate reports from their scans it is a wasteful cost to patients, govt & problematic for getting follow up care. Amazing friendly helpful kind staff
Very poor phone reception, Tried several times with being on hold for more than 8 min. Either your understaffed, or there are too many people in Nowra now from imports or the staff want everyone to do their own booking online. and will not answer phones. Lots of people do not want to use computers or phones to do this crap.
After waiting for some time to speak to someone about why my results were taking so long, I had the displeasure of speaking to a woman who was most unpleasant, dismissive and talked down to me. When I had my MRI the staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. This young lady was the exact opposite.
