Call them at 8:00 a.m. ask them if I needed to book an appointment I was told I did not need to drive into the hole that is Nowra then get told I need to book an appointment and the only available appointment is 4 hours away seems to me they could have told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time money and energy on their stupidity
