Had an unwelcoming experience here. 5 reception staff were on and it still took some time to be seen by them. To myself and others they were very dismissive and unclear in regards to the paperwork. The ultrasound technician for a morphology scan was fast but when I asked if she saw the gender of the baby she was quite condesending saying I should had told her prior to starting. The staff at South East Radiology were so helpful and made me feel at ease. They were on time and explained everything in detail.
Had a CT calcium score test. Staff were extremely busy, very friendly and efficient. The radiologist Simon was very efficient, discreet, friendly and very informative of what was happening throughout the CT scan.
The staff are very professional and helpful
