Very compassionate and professional personnel; making what could be a stressful experience a relaxing one.
Had my first MRI there and was looked after very well. The tech that looked after me (Dan) came to the waiting room to tell me of a slight delay, and was friendly and informative with everything. Reception and calls to me from reception (from Morgan) were friendly and helpful. I felt well looked after at such a busy place.
The staff here were all friendly and presented with a smile which was really helpful when being in there with a child with disabilities. The technicians were both super friendly and absolutely amazing. After the first attempt failed, as my child wasn’t ready to go through with it due to anxiety, the front desk got us back in just a couple of hours later to try again. I was extremely grateful for that as it was an urgent appointment.
All staff excellent! From booking the appointment, turning up on the day and the two staff who did my scan. All very caring. Also staff very happy to provide the necessary support and information to make the scan successful.
