Courtney is extremely rude. She interrupts continuously and then when I pointed that out she accused me of interrupting. Also gave me incorrect information about the app
i never leave reviews but i genuinely had the worst experience here for my 20wk ultrasound. when the tech couldn’t see my baby properly it felt like she was getting frustrated and offered a different type of ultrasound and when i turned the ultrasound down, she was quite condescending and said “oh we’re done here then” and her attitude changed completely. this experience really upset me and i ended up getting one photo of my baby (other than the photos that were necessary for the test) and it was blurry.
Im not one to write reviews but I had the worst experience here. Im currently pregnant and usually my scans are very enjoyable this time all I wanted was to leave. The sonographer first scolded me for coming into my 20 week scan while I was 19 wks 3 days when both my doctors and midwife told me to come in between 18-21 weeks saying I should of just came in when i was 21 weeks.
