i never leave reviews but i genuinely had the worst experience here for my 20wk ultrasound. when the tech couldn’t see my baby properly it felt like she was getting frustrated and offered a different type of ultrasound and when i turned the ultrasound down, she was quite condescending and said “oh we’re done here then” and her attitude changed completely. this experience really upset me and i ended up getting one photo of my baby (other than the photos that were necessary for the test) and it was blurry.
Im not one to write reviews but I had the worst experience here. Im currently pregnant and usually my scans are very enjoyable this time all I wanted was to leave. The sonographer first scolded me for coming into my 20 week scan while I was 19 wks 3 days when both my doctors and midwife told me to come in between 18-21 weeks saying I should of just came in when i was 21 weeks. She made multiple rude comments such as asking if this was a planned or unplanned pregnancy and I replied planned she then said “wow your a bit young ... read more

Thank you for your excellent staff yesterday at BDH. Ultrasound Yaamau and Dr.Damien.
Always friendly and attentive staff, from reception to radiographers. Sometimes there is a long wait but generally very good. You can just walk in for xrays but book ahead for other scans. I think this is the last department open within the old hospital too. Another thing to be mindful of is that this radiology is where all the patients at the hospital go, so sometimes that can add to the wait.
