Worked with Steve late 2024, honestly it started off strong, he was referred to me by others with good reviews. Steve had great communication, came when he said he would and the work quality was great. After the works were complete I paid him immediately. It was then noted in January 2025 that two items weren't actually complete, a steel plate on my back door and sealing above a new awning Steve had installed - A simple oversight, it happens. Over a short period of time, he did landscaping, tree removal, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, concreting and painting. He even programmed the garage remote for us.
