Staff is great overall and helpful but I would not go there again. I was there for my daughter's checkup and I was recommended to take out her two canines followed by braces. When I questioned, "aren't canines important?" I was told that they are not and it is common to take out canines if they are growing in the wrong direction. I paid for a CBCT scan but was not given a copy until I insisted for it (I was discouraged saying that the scan image will not open on my personal laptop and that it requires a special software!). I highly recommend this business. The reception staff are extremely welcoming on arrival. It is extremely clean and hygienic. The lady that took my CBCT image is also welcoming, as well as extremely professional in her actions and explanation of what to do and what the image is used for by my surgeon. Thank you to all the staff.
