If you are a veteran do not bother coming to this practice. I got a referral to get a scan at this clinic. I firstly called to confirm that this scan will be covered through dva which they responded with it is. I again confirmed on the day of my appointment that this appointment is covered on my DVA gold card and again was told it would be covered. Months down the track I receive a phone call and emails requesting payment because DVA won’t fund the scan at this clinic.

Exceptional service, communication in explaining everything to my child hold great value to me as she is the patient. Ultra Clean and amazingly friendly staff. Highly recommend

Cannot recommend South East Orthodontics highly enough. We were referred here by some friends and now after having 2 of our sons have their braces fitted here, we can only say great things. Kip, Franca and the whole team have made this such a seamless journey. Customer service right across the board has been fabulous. Thank you EVERYONE! Staff is great overall and helpful but I would not go there again. I was there for my daughter's checkup and I was recommended to take out her two canines followed by braces. When I questioned, "aren't canines important?" I was told that they are not and it is common to take out canines if they are growing in the wrong direction. I paid for a CBCT scan but was not given a copy until I insisted for it (I was discouraged saying that the scan image will not open on my personal laptop and that it requires a special software!). I highly recommend this business. The reception staff are extremely welcoming on arrival. It is extremely clean and hygienic. The lady that took my CBCT image is also welcoming, as well as extremely professional in her actions and explanation of what to do and what the image is used for by my surgeon. Thank you to all the staff.
