Was told by the paediatrician to shut my toddler in a room alone as time out, in order to stamp out certain behaviours. If the bedroom wasn’t safe to leave them alone then I should leave them alone inside the toilet. I have no words. Not what I paid close to $500 hoping to get help with. I feel sorry for the children whose parents are actually listening to this advice. Wish I’d read the reviews before coming here.
Absolutely useless consultation.We didnt get the help or support we needed through the consultation,the doctor said he will check online and get back to us the next day-didnt happen. Ended up wasting precious 330$!!

Honestly the worst paediatrics in Melbourne. No one replies to emails or calls. After waiting close to 6 months for an appointment and going through a massive ASD diagnosis for my 5 year old child. Costing me thousands of dollars. I was promised a letter of diagnosis. Then to be told the dr no longer works their. After I just had a telehealth call with him the week before?? so go figure?? . However they gave me the option of, I can go on another wait list and go through another 2 year review which would cost me thousands mor... read more
Dr Noleen Smith has been amazing and super helpful with my sons. She has helped us so much through diagnosis and management. The receptionist has been great to get information relayed to the doctor for me.
