My experience is right, they have given me positive thoughts and prayers and support, they give more food great, and sleep is must and safety, FOOD IS A MUST, better food, drinks need to be more, I come here to feel safer and I feelbetter with them, i learn not argue, and seek help, they need to take loud bottons out too, it triggers all my audio hallucinations, i need earplugs private room for my condition.

My husband was having a severe anxiety attack which is a psychiatric emergency and they turned him away because he also has dementia. We just needed some immediate help for him and he was refused assistance after us waiting in a small entry room. Spoke with 2 people and neither of them even seemed to care. In fact the second person came out while eating her lunch. Shameful and disrespectful people. If you need immediate help, then go to the emergency room. They don't care at the crisis center.

I really was struggling and they really wanted to help. They gave me options and told me I could come back if I needed I place to unwind mentally. Thank you
