call to confirm my appointment asked to speak to the VA person. The receptionist said she was busy. Asked what I needed. Proceeded to tell her what I needed. She was very short didn’t seem interested in what I had to say hung up in the middle of what I was saying. decided to call back, had a short conversation with her about the rudeness of hanging up on someone. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS OFFICE!! I went into this office ACCIDENTALLY when going to pick up my some lab work for my 83 year old granny. The receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE. She rolled her eyes and acted as if I bothered her just by walking up to the counter and asking a question. The other Gastro doctors office on Alice street is where I was supposed to be. THANK YOU GOD granny sees the doctor down the street and I was just in the wrong place.
