DO NOT USE THESE SAMMERS...If i could give zero stars i would...went in and paid the $160 for a 3 minute exam and to schedule colonostomy...scheduled the procedure and was told the procedure would cost $400...i asked if that was the total cost and they said yes....the day before the procedure the hospital called me and informed me that it would be an additional $1000 ....i called there office and talked to the office manager who told me that i should have just known there was going to be an additional cost....i canceled my a... read more
call to confirm my appointment asked to speak to the VA person. The receptionist said she was busy. Asked what I needed. Proceeded to tell her what I needed. She was very short didn’t seem interested in what I had to say hung up in the middle of what I was saying. decided to call back, had a short conversation with her about the rudeness of hanging up on someone.
