Great local gym with a boutique feel. Very personalised and supportive environment. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. My son gained a lot of confidence thanks to SEFS.

Michael and his Team are absolutely amazing! The workouts are well structured and push my son, just the right amount. Every trainer was really motivating, making sure everyone had the correct technique while still keeping the energy high. Such a supportive and positive environment too — everyone encouraging each other to keep going, a great place for one and all!
