Last Thursday, one of the arms on my glasses broke. My first thought was, of course, crazy glue! But in a moment of wisdom, I decided to go back to South East Eye Clinic, where I originally got them. From the moment I walked in, they genuinely cared and took it personally to help me. They temporarily taped the broken arm, checked their system, and discovered my glasses were still covered under the two-year warranty. Dr. Sliva has been our eye doctor for years. She and her staff are excellent and go above and beyond for her patients!
Dr Sliva has far exceeded what I would expect from any Doctor or medical professional. She is compassionate and accommodating. Her staff follow her excellent example and provide great service.
The optometrists work very hard and go beyond what they have to do just to help people. Dr. Sliva was the Saskatchewan optometrist of the year in either 2020 or 2021.
