I bought a Sprinter from South East Commercials several weeks ago and the experience was perfect. I live on the central coast of QLD, and bought the van based on the photos and a phone call. I dealt with Jack, he was excellent, a really clear communicator and very responsive. I had to trust Jack and S/E Commercials a lot in this deal. They did not let me down. BUYER BEWARE! My husband, 6 month old and I drove a 4 hour round trip to inspect a car which we liked and wanted to purchase. We had to sell our current car to purchase the vehicle. The sales person advised us to place a $2000 refundable holding deposit on the car. After 2 1/2 weeks we were still unable to sell our current car, which meant we were totally unable to afford the new vehicle. Called the dealership to take car off hold. Ben looked after me purchasing a Mercedes Benz Sprinter ex-ambulance and when it required some warranty work, Ben was extremely helpful, getting the van in quickly and providing me with a loan car. The van was ready for pick up the next day and i couldn’t be happier with my decision to use South East Commercials for my vehicle purchase!
