Dealt with Todd at South East Commercials for a Hilux and honestly couldn’t be happier. Down from Darwin, Melbourne had more to choose from. Cruise control stopped working on the drive back, interior ceiling sagging, bullbar assessories stuck on,best to avoid the ex ambulances, shonky workmanship. Contacted dealership, no response.
I bought a Sprinter from South East Commercials several weeks ago and the experience was perfect. I live on the central coast of QLD, and bought the van based on the photos and a phone call. I dealt with Jack, he was excellent, a really clear communicator and very responsive. I had to trust Jack and S/E Commercials a lot in this deal. They did not let me down. BUYER BEWARE! My husband, 6 month old and I drove a 4 hour round trip to inspect a car which we liked and wanted to purchase. We had to sell our current car to purchase the vehicle. The sales person advised us to place a $2000 refundable holding deposit on the car. After 2 1/2 weeks we were still unable to sell our current car, which meant we were totally unable to afford the new vehicle. Called the dealership to take car off hold.
