Since it seems as if my first review was deleted. I. Shall. Try. Again. Trying to make an 89 year old man sit for 2.5 hours on the company bus, after the poor man had a 4 hrs dialysis treatment, but telling me that we would, and I quote, "atleast we would have him on board" is completely unacceptable. Tax payer money and resources given to a Christian Nationalist company that made $17 MILLION IN 2024!!! Shocking and awful!!
Things need to change at SEAT. When people call to get information or for a ride or whatever the case may be, the wait time for someone to answer a call to speak with someone live, is outrageous. It is unprofessional at any business, at anytime for anyone to answer a call, pertaining to anything, for more than 15 minutes. The wait time on hold should be less than 15 minutes. The bus drivers a the regular contract drivers are amazing I like en enjoy them all but I have my favs !!!! An I truely enjoy the drivers from Ray of Hope as well such sweet people an I’m always grateful !!! Thank you
I have missed multiple doctors appointments because of s.e.a.t. not showing up until the last 10 minutes before my appointment starts. I have called s.e.a.t multiple times they said there's nothing they can do. Have had multiple drivers who were driving well over the speed limit to try and get me to an appointment cause they were late picking me up. A 26 min drive to an appointment and they are only given 30 min does not factor in traffic or any thing. I had one driver who was late picking me up because she was at the store ... read more
