While I'd like to give a 5 star review, communication and follow through via phone has been seriously frustrating to say the least as there is no office. Other wise, good value for money, I rented with SDSS for 5 years.
Could the management PLEASE clear out the piled up leaves ??? It's hard to distinguish between the dog crap and leaves which will dirty your storage floors.
I've been trying to rest a unit but no one answered the phone call, so they are supposed to do business without communication with the customer?
A good storage facility until I returned on a Sunday evening after a long trip from the Okanagan to find my storage blocked. No response to phone calls until the Tsawwassen First Nations office was notified 3 days later.
Absolutely awesome lady running the place the new owners are great they were so helpful
