Please give priority to people with appointment. Staff was not aware of the fact that they are giving priority to walkin. What's the point to book an appointment if you are not getting your vaccine on your schedule time.

I have tried and tried to make an immunization appointment for my daughter on and off for months. Every time I try to make the appointment over the phone, I keep getting transferred to a booking department, at which I keep getting the same message that they are experiencing some problems with the system. I don't know why it never gets fixed. The people are very rude when you try to express your frustration about this and just want to talk to someone that can help. The people their our very rude. When I got their I was 5 minutes late and they told me that they could not give me the shot I needed and that I need to book another appointment. Everyone working their was just so rude and they made this experience so painful. I don't recommended you come to this clinic.
