Unprofessional. This is by far one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. They do not treat anyone with respect and Dr. Welch has hurt me on numerous occasions but trying to massage away a problem that cannot be fixed that way. Avoid at all costs if you value your health.

I picked this place because I found Dr.Welch through ambetter, as I'm signing up for a physical I was never told they dont do physicals for first time visits and was still given one anyway when it was time to pay they said I didn't have to because of my insurance months later I got bills from them( 1st physical and unauthorized missed appointments)and labcrop. While trying to get things right they rude saying pay or we'll mess your credit up and I only went there for physical and got multiple bills. It sucks the experience e... read more
Dr.Welch is so amazing and one of the best doctor's I ever had. I been going here since 2007 and makes sure her patients are well looked after.
