Little boys took over the shop. Jason was way better at handling it... that's what happened when you hand down a business to kids without any experience.
Jason was great. Since his son took over I’ve noticed a HUGE decline in efficiency and honesty. My mother and I used to love this shop, but we’ve started taking our cars elsewhere.
When Jason was running the place, I finally felt like I found a good, trustworthy mechanic. Now, not so much… I brought my vehicle in, not knowing he had passed down the place to a family member (found out after I got screwed). I was charged almost $1,200 for a power steering pump and brakes they never fixed. I brought the vehicle back there many times, and after a few months and many phone calls.. it was never resolved. I do not recommend this place. I brought my car in because warning lights were on. After paying $800, I picked up the car with the same lights still on. I ended up taking it somewhere else, where it was fixed properly for only $250. To make matters worse, they quoted one price and charged me more at the end without clear explanation. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional.
Jason is great. He took me as a walk in, and successfully diagnosed a problem that I have previously had 4 other places look at. It was fixed day of. I’m thrilled and definitely plan on going back for any future concerns.
