This shop is as professional as it comes. Went above and beyond for me. Not only did he repair my car to pass inspection, but he was upfront about costs. Felt appreciated as a customer. Thank you Jay for your expertise and care.
Little boys took over the shop. Jason was way better at handling it... that's what happened when you hand down a business to kids without any experience.
Jason was great. Since his son took over I’ve noticed a HUGE decline in efficiency and honesty. My mother and I used to love this shop, but we’ve started taking our cars elsewhere.
When Jason was running the place, I finally felt like I found a good, trustworthy mechanic. Now, not so much… I brought my vehicle in, not knowing he had passed down the place to a family member (found out after I got screwed). I was charged almost $1,200 for a power steering pump and brakes they never fixed. I brought the vehicle back there many times, and after a few months and many phone calls.. it was never resolved.
